(Alliance News) - Gunsynd PLC said Tuesday that George Garnett has resigned as non-executive director, due to increasing demands from other business commitments.
"We would like to thank George for his time as director of Gunsynd and wish him well in his other commercial interests in the future," Executive Chair Hamish Harris said.
Shares in natural resources investor Gunsynd were untraded on Tuesday in London at 0.013 pence.
