LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources PLC Monday said it has raised GBP250,000 after conducting a placing.
The placing comprised of 312.5 million new shares in the company at a price of 0.08 pence per share, plus a further 125.0 million warrants at an exercise price of GBP0.001, valid for three years. The funds will be used for general working capital, it said.
Golden Saint shares rose 8.3% to 0.157 pence per share on Monday afternoon.
