LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd Tuesday said it has raised GBP450,000 after conducting a placing of 300 million shares at a price of 0.15 pence per share, and said funds will be used for general working capital.
Golden Saint said it will pay GBP30,327 in cash and issue warrants over 25 million shares at the same price in relation to expenses of conducting the placing. The warrants represent a value of GBP37,500, it said.
Golden Saint shares dropped 23.8% to 0.160 pence per share on Tuesday afternoon.
