VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - investment company - Buys two operating terminal storage sites on the Texas Gulf Coast for USD61 million. VH Global says it has also committed further capital to develop and expand the sites before the end of the year. This is VH Global's first investment since its recent initial public offering just over two months ago. Closing under the purchase agreement is expected to occur shortly, the company notes.

Current stock price: 98.20 pence, down 1.4%

Change since listing in London: down 2.8%

VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - invests in sustainable energy infrastructure - Announces a placing, open offer, subscription offer and intermediaries offer to raise a target GBP150 million. The issue price is 110 pence per share, representing a 3.4% premium to net asset value per share at March 31, adjusted for the interim dividend of 1.25p. Company adds that the size of the initial issue may increase to up to GBP280 million, subject to demand. Intends to use the proceeds to invest in its Enhanced Pipeline, which consists of three projects totalling GBP280 million.

IN BRIEF: VH Global Sustainable completes construction on solar sites

VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - invests in sustainable energy infrastructure - Moves six solar photovoltaic system sites across five Brazilian states from construction to operational. Says the six sites represent around USD13.7 million of its original USD63 million commitment, will be generating 18.7-megawatt peak, and are located in Rio de Janeiro, Sergipe, Para, Rio Grande do Norte and Paraiba. All the sites have contract lengths of 20 years and are inflation-linked. The capital expenditures for all projects are in line with budget.
