LONDON (Alliance News) - Goldstone Resources Ltd on Thursday said Chief Executive and Managing Director Jurie Wessels has resigned from his role with immediate effect.
Emma Priestley, a director at Stratex International PLC, which owns 34% of Goldstone, has been appointed interim chief executive.
Shares in Goldstone were down 1.9% to 1.1525 pence, while Stratex shares were down 3.9% to 1.8011p.
