LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulfsands Petroleum PLC Friday said Executive Chairman Alastair Beardsall has retired with immediate effect.
Managing Director John Bell and Finance Director Andrew Morris have taken on the executive duties while James Ede-Golighty, originally a non-executive director, has now become the company's new non-executive chairman.
