LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable energy supplier Good Energy Group PLC said Wednesday that it has appointed the deputy chairman of Stagecoach Group PLC as its own deputy chair and non-executive director.
Will Whitehorn will join the company's board with immediate effect. He also currently holds a non-executive position at AAC Microtec of Sweden.
Whitehorn is soon to become a non-executive director at the Royal Air Force, with an equivalent rank to air vice martial. He was a founding shareholder of Purplebricks Group PLC and was Richard Branson's personal advisor at Virgin Group Ltd.
Shares in Good Energy were down 0.4% at 142.00 pence on Wednesday.
