LONDON (Alliance News) - Software firm Gresham Computing PLC said Friday a general meeting for shareholders to approve its proposal to change the name of the business to Gresham Technologies PLC will be held on November 17.

Shares in Gresham Computing were down 0.9% at 113.00 pence on Friday afternoon.
