(Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare PLC said Monday that Chair Bill Huyett bought around GBP85,000 in stock following two transactions on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
On Wednesday, Huyett bought 10,000 shares for 177.82 pence per share, totalling GBP17,781.
On Thursday, Huyett purchased 40,000 shares at 169.16p each, for a total of GBP67,662.
It was not disclosed how many shares Huyett now holds following these transactions.
Shares in the Georgian hospital operator remained flat at 167.0 pence on Tuesday.
