(Alliance News) - Galliford Try Holdings PLC on Friday said it is performing "well" despite inflation and supply chain challenges.
The Uxbridge-based construction firm said its acquisition of substantially all of nmcn PLC's Water business is "progressing well."
Galliford Try stated that the acquisition will provide an "excellent strategic fit" that matches their existing geography and will create new opportunities with clients.
The company maintained it is performing "well," despite managing inflation and supply chain issues and is "encouraged" by its "continuing pipeline of new opportunities".
"The board is confident of meeting its objectives for the current financial year and in its plans to deliver strong performance and long-term sustainable value for all stakeholders," the company added.
Shares were up 4.1% at 200.60 pence on Friday afternoon in London.
