LONDON (Alliance News) - GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd Tuesday increased its commitment to subscribe to the loan notes being issued by GCP Rooftop Solar 5 Ltd by GBP10 million.
The increase brings GCP Infrastructure's total commitment on the loan note issue to GBP20 million.
GCP said the notes have a yield of around 10.1% per year and have a term of around 21 years.
The notes have been and will continue to be used by GCP Rooftop Solar 5 to make a loan secured against cashflows from a number of portfolios of domestic solar panel installations in England, installed by A Shade Greener Ltd.
Shares in GCP Infrastructure Investments were trading flat on Tuesday, quoted at 116.5 pence.
