Future PLC - Bath-based magazine publisher - Chief Executive Officer Zillah Byng-Thorne and associate Max Thorne sell 212,399 shares at GBP35.78 each, worth GBP7.6 million, on Tuesday. Of the shares, 130,000 were received as part of the exercise of an incentive plan award. Future doesn't say how many shares Byng-Thorne retains; she previously had an interest in 263,052 shares, a 0.2% stake, according to Morningstar.
Current stock price: 3,526.00 pence, down 0.2% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: more than doubled from 1,738.00p on December 31, 2020
