LONDON (Alliance News) - Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC on Tuesday said Ian Bray, managing director of The Beer Co, its brewing arm, is resigning with immediate effect "in order to pursue new opportunities".
The west London-based brewer and pub company has commenced the search for a replacement, and Fuller Chief Executive Simon Emeny will oversee The Beer Co directly until a successor is appointed.
Shares in Fuller were untraded on Tuesday morning, last quoted at 1,038.00 pence.
