FRP Advisory Group PLC - London-based professional services firm specialising in restructuring advice - Announces acquisition of the business and assets of business recovery practice Abbott Fielding Ltd. Says the firm's sole director, Nedim Ailyan, will join FRP as a partner along with all staff, including eight fee earners. Says 869,565 new ordinary shares are to be issued as part of the transaction. The amount paid for Abbott Fielding was left undisclosed.
