LONDON (Alliance News) - Bovis Homes Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed a senior independent director at Go-Ahead Group PLC, Katherine Ker, to its board.
Ker, who chairs the remuneration committee at Go-Ahead, will join the house builder as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
In addition to her role at Go-Ahead, Ker also is chair of the Mortgage Advice Bureau Holdings PLC and a non-executive director at Forterra PLC.
She was formerly a non-executive director at house builder Taylor Wimpey PLC. She also has held non-executive directorships at Tribal Group PLC, Bryant Group PLC, S&U PLC, and St Modwen Properties PLC.
Shares in Bovis were up 0.2% at 1,028.00 pence on Tuesday.
