LONDON (Alliance News) - Falkland Islands Holdings PLC Monday said Managing Director John Foster bought 10,000 shares at a price of 338 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Foster holds 61,141 shares, which represents 0.49% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the logistics company traded up 4.5% at 350.00 pence Monday morning.
