LONDON (Alliance News) - Falkland Islands Holdings PLC Thursday said Chairman David Hudd transferred 24,710 shares to his personal pension fund. There has been no change to Hudd's underlying beneficial ownership and his total holding in the company remains at 116,199 shares.
Shares closed flat at 360.00 pence Thursday.
