LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineer Fenner PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Nick Hobson will take a leave of absence for the company due to "physical ill health".
Mark Abrahams, the group's non-executive chairman and former CEO, will become executive chairman on an interim basis and will work alongside Finance Director John Pratt at the helm of the company.
However, Abrahams also announced he intends to retire from his role as Fenner's chairman in February 2017, with a search for his successor to start in due course.
