LONDON (Alliance News) - Findel PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Elaine O'Donnell and Andrew Curwen, a person closely associated with her, acquired shares in the home shopping company.
In a transaction on Thursday, O'Donnell and Curwen bought 4,861 shares each at a price of 204.58 pence a share, worth a total of GBP19,889.
Findel shares were trading 1.5% higher on Thursday at 206.00p each.
