(Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Martin Harrison left the firm with immediate effect, with the chair stepping up to manage the firm until a permanent replacement is hired.
Harrison - boss since 2017, having been finance chief previously - left the AIM-listed firm with immediate effect, without a specific reason for the move being specified.
Chair Phil Holder will take on the day-to-day running of the firm until a permanent replacement for Harrison is made. Fulcrum will begin the search for his successor shortly, before announcing the appointment in due course.
"I would like to thank Martin for his work with the company over the past five years," Holder said. "The board remains committed to helping the company deliver its strategy, and is confident that the senior management team will continue to develop and build the business."
Shares in Fulcrum were 1.0% lower at 25.50 pence in London on Tuesday, down 59% over the past year.
