(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Arix Bioscience PLC - London-based venture capital investor in biotech firms - Confirms Interim Chief Executive Officer Robert Lyne as permanent CEO, effective immediately. Additionally, hires Michael Bunbury as senior independent director, while Giles Kerr steps down as non-executive director after serving four years.

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - invests in UK commercial real estate, seeking income and capital growth from active management - Lorraine Baldry will retire as chair at end of July next year, replaced by Senior Independent Director Alastair Hughes. A search firm will be engaged to find a new senior independent director.

TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Ltd - invests in less-liquid debt instruments - Hires Ashley Paxton as independent non-executive director, starting November 1. Paxton was an audit partner and Channel Islands head of Advisory for KPMG. He is a non-executive director of Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC and JZ Capital Partners Ltd.

Fidelity Asian Values PLC - invests in smaller listed companies in Asia - Hires Sally Macdonald as non-executive director, starting January 1. Macdonald was head of Asian Equities at Marlborough Fund Managers. She is a non-executive director of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust PLC.
