Fusion Antibodies PLC - contract research organisation based in Belfast - Accepts financial assistance offer from Invest Northern Ireland in the firm of an up to GBP188,000 research & development grant. The grant represents Fusion's allocation of a GBP453,000 package of support for the Northern Ireland Covid-19 Antibody Development Alliance. Grant will be used to support Fusion's mammalian antibody Library research and development programme and to reinforce the work at Fusion to produce fully human antibodies that target the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes Covid-19, and could be used to treat and diagnose the virus.
