easyJet PLC - Non-Executive Director Moya Greene buys 7,032 shares at GBP7.11, worth GBP49,997, on Friday. Greene is the former chief executive of Royal Mail PLC, leaving in 2018.

Horizon Discovery Group PLC - Non-Executive Chair Ian Gilham buys 25,000 shares at GBP1.01, worth GBP25,250, on Thursday. Non-Executive Director Grahame Cook buys 79,850 shares at the same price, worth GBP80,649, also on Thursday. Gilham now has 115,037 shares and Cook 142,250.

Silence Therapeutics PLC - Executive Chair Iain Ross buys 15,800 shares at GBP4.70, worth GBP74,260, on Thursday. Now holds 44,693 shares.

Morgan Sindall PLC - Michele Lowden, associate of Senior Independent Director David Lowden, buys 4,000 shares at GBP12.44, worth GBP49,754, on Wednesday.

IWG PLC - Non-Executive Director Laurie Harris and associate William Brennan buy 10,500 shares total at USD3.69, worth USD38,745, on Thursday. IWG on raised GBP320 million through a share placing and retail offer at 239p, about USD2.95, per share. Chief Executive Officer Mark Dixon bought 38.2 million shares, worth GBP91.3 million, around 29% of total equity raise.

Mark Brangstrup Watts, James Corsellis and Antoinette Vandepuije, directors of investment manager Marwyn Asset Management Ltd buy 7.8 million shares via Marwyn Long Term Incentive LP, also on Wednesday. Ware now has 700,174 shares, a 1.2% stake. MLTI has 8.7 million shares, a 15% holding.
