LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment company Impellam Group PLC on Monday said it has poached Darren Mee from easyHotel PLC to be its new finance director.
Mee is the chief financial officer at AIM-listed easyHotel, a developer and operator of hotels.
"I welcome the appointment of Darren to the Impellam Board. His knowledge and experience both financially and commercially of optimising performance from multi-brand portfolios in the services sector and managing the journey from off line to on line business will be invaluable in moving Impellam forward in the next stages of our growth and development," said Impellam Chief Executive Julia Robertson.
Impellam shares were untraded on Monday morning, having last traded at 505.00 pence. easyHotel shares were up 1.5% at 97.44p.
