Exillon Energy PLC - Russian oil exploration and production company - Requests the UK Financial Conduct Authority cancel the standard listing of its ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect on December 18. The last day of trading will be December 17.
Following the cancellation, Exillon Energy intends the shares be freely traded via a Matched Bargain Facility provided by JP Jenkins Ltd initially for one year after the cancellation. Depending on the frequency and volumes of the shares trading through the Matched Bargain Facility, the engagement may be extended by Exillon Energy and JP Jenkins.
