EverArc Holdings Ltd - acquisition vehicle - Will delist from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday and start trading instead on the New York Stock Exchange. The move follows EverArc's acquisition of SK Invictus Intermediate Sarl, which trades as Perimeter Solutions, a maker of firefighting products and lubricant additives. EverArc was formed and listed in November 2019 with the purpose of making an acquisition.
