LONDON (Alliance News) - E-Therapeutics PLC Monday said that as a result of Executive Director Stephen Self, marrying another company employee, their combined shares of more than 1.8 million represent a 0.7% stake in the company.
It said that, separately, Self is owner of 273,577 shares, representing 0.1% of the pharmacology company.
E-Therapeutics shares closed Monday at 32.00 pence per share, down 3%.
