LONDON (Alliance News) - esure Group PLC said Friday Morgan Stanley has upped its holding in the company to 5.8%.
Prior to the deal, Morgan Stanley's stake in the insurance company was below the 3% threshold.
esure shares were trading down 0.1% at 278.00 pence on Friday.
