LONDON (Alliance News) - EQTEC PLC said Monday that some of its directors subscribed for new shares in the company at a price of 0.93 pence.
Non-Executive Chairman Ian Pearson subscribed for 537,634 shares for GBP48,387 following which he holds a 0.03% stake in the technology solution company.
Chief Executive Officer Ian Price took up 725,806 for GBP65,322, raising its stake to a 0.04% interest.
Finance Director Gerry Madden subscribed for 569,677 for GBP51,270, raising its total stake to 1.4 million shares, or 0.08%.
Lastly, Non-Executive Director Tom Quigley took up 193,548 shares, or 0.01% interest, for GBP17,419.
The company expects admission of the new shares on November 5, following which it will have 1.80 billion shares in issue.
EQTEC shares closed Tuesday trading down 4.4% at 0.97p.
