Ediston Property Investment Co PLC - Edinburgh-based investor in office, retail and industrial commercial property - Sells office buildings in Edinburgh and Newcastle. The price of GBP31.4 million is 3.4% below the September 30 valuation for these properties, but is above book cost.
Calum Bruce, investment manager, comments: "We have now sold three of our four office properties since we announced our new strategy. We are actively looking at reinvestment opportunities in the retail warehouse sector which are suited to our intensive style of asset management."
