If approved, cancellation from trading will be on November 15. Winding down is due to the plans of sole holding Electra Private Equity PLC to demerge restaurant chain TGI Fridays as Hostmore PLC and relist itself as Unbound Group PLC, owning only retailer Hotter Shoes.
