Egdon Resources PLC - UK-based exploration and production company - Planning application for side-track application operations, associated testing and long term oil production at the Biscathorpe site has been refused by Lincolnshire County Council Planning Committee meeting.
"We will await the formal decision notice before taking advice and considering our options including an appeal," the company stated.
Union Jack Oil PLC on Monday also notes the application's refusal.
