Duke Royalty Ltd - London-based royalty finance provider - Makes follow-on investment of GBP3.0 million into Dublin-based telecoms and IT firm Welltel Ireland Ltd. Investment will allow Welltel to acquire Intellicom Ireland Ltd, and is expected to be accretive to Duke's earnings, delivering higher distributions of GBP1.8 million per annum. Intellicom provides internet protocol telephony services in Ireland.
