DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Dart Group CEO And CFO Each Buy 20,000

Thu, 19th Mar 2020 18:09

(Alliance News) - The follow is a round-up of share dealings by UK company directors and managers announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Dart Group PLC - Chief Executive Officer Steve Heapy and Chief Financial Officer Gary Brown each buy 20,000 shares at GBP3.06, worth GBP122,280, on Thursday. Heapy now holds 231,462 shares and Brown 63,372. Dart Group on Wednesday withdrew its previously announced positive profit guidance for financial 2020 as the Jet2holidays operator fell victim to the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this month, Dart said it expected its full-year profit for the current financial year to be "significantly ahead" of market forecasts, but warned "momentum has weakened" due to the spread of the coronavirus. However, as the situation became more severe last weekend, Dart's Jet2 planes from the UK to Spain were turned back in mid-air. The airline subsequently announced it was cancelling all flights to the country due to the coronavirus outbreak and Jet2.com suspended its flying programme until at least May 1.

----------

Playtech PLC - CEO Mor Weizer buys 134,000 shares at GBP1.34, and CFO Andrew Smith buys 45,000 shares at GBP1.29, together worth GBP237,610, both on Thursday.
