LONDON (Alliance News) - Draganfly Investments Ltd on Monday said it is planning to raise GBP360,000 via a share subscription.
The investment company will issue 225 million at 0.16 pence per share in order to raise GBP360,000 before expenses, which the company said will be used to further its investment policy.
Under the deal, a group of individual investors will invest in the new shares, giving them a 64.2% stake in the company.
The company has also proposed an in-specie distribution of its shares in Atlantic Healthcare PLC and a conversion of shares into no par value shares, along with a one-in-ten share consolidation.
Draganfly shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 0.4 pence.
