(Sharecast News) - Pizza restaurant operator DP Poland said on Wednesday that its full-year trading performance was in line with management expectations.
DP Poland said system sales were up 7% at PLN 87.1m (£15.93m), with business currently skewed towards delivery sales, which generated 75% of system sales in throughout the year. However, DP Poland believes this will provide it with "a stable basis" should restrictions linked to the Covid-19 pandemic continue throughout 2021.

Like-for-like system sales were down 1.1%, with the group reporting a "significant" like-for-like growth in delivery sales of 16.6% and a marked decline in dine-in sales of 32.6% to offset it.

DP Poland also said its recent acquisition of Dominium was in the final stages of the integration plan, currently expected to conclude during the second quarter of 2021.

Chief executive Piotr Dzierżek said: "We look to the future with optimism: we expect that fully integrating our IT infrastructure and systems will make the enlarged group more resilient to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, and we believe that we will be able to demonstrate the full potential of our combined business once dine-in services are allowed to resume in Poland".

As of 0930 BST, DP Poland shares were down 9.57% at 7.80p.
