DP Eurasia NV - master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Considering a dual listing of the company on the Borsa Istanbul, or a subsidiary IPO of its Turkish business on the Borsa Istanbul, to complement its current listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The company says the additional listing could attract new investors in Turkey. Another listing could "generate further interest from new investors in the company, build momentum and drive a re-rating in the shares as well as boost liquidity in the trading of the shares," it says.
