LONDON (Alliance News) - Scientific Digital Imaging PLC on Thursday said that its unit Synoptics Ltd, acquired the Scanning Ion Conductance Microscope business of OpenIOLabs Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DeepMatter Group PLC.
The acquisition, of which no financial details were disclosed, complements the existing product offering of Synoptics, the company said.
Scientific Digital Imaging shares were trading up 0.6% at 33.90 pence while DeepMatter's were untraded at 2.30p.
