(Alliance News) - Software and service company Intercede Group PLC said Monday it has appointed Rob Chandhok, who has already been on the board in the past, as a non-executive director.
Chandhok is currently chief technology officer at media company Daily Mail & General Trust PLC for a year. He was a non-executive director at Intercede for two years from 2015.
"I am delighted to welcome Rob back to the Intercede board. His extensive experience and expertise in software and embedded systems will greatly assist the strategic development and growth of the group," said Chair Chuck Pol.
Shares in Intercede were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 38.80 pence.
