LONDON (Alliance News) - Customer acquisition consulting company Digital Globe Services Ltd on Tuesday said it has appointed Simon Lee as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Lee is the former chief executive of RSA Insurance Group PLC, the FTSE 100-listed insurer, and left the company in 2013 after a black hole was discovered in its Irish division's accounts.
He is currently an international adviser to Fairfax Financial, a Canadian financial services group, and chairman of Osirium Ltd, an IT security services firm.
Digital Globe shares were untraded on Tuesday morning, having last traded at 65.00 pence.
