The sale was completed through two transactions on Thursday last week and on Monday. Following this transaction, Backhouse has an interest over 10,912 shares, representing 0.04% stake.

OilCo Investments also acquired GBP441,700 worth of shares in two transactions on Monday. 30,000 shares were purchased at a price of 554p each and a further 50,000 shares were bought at 551p each.
