Clark will "support [Destiny] for a limited period to ensure an orderly handover." Non-Executive Director Debra Barker will serve as interim CEO until Destiny appoints a permanent replacement. Barker has held "key roles" at Novartis AG and Polyphor AG, now named Spexis AG. She also has previously worked at Roche Holding AG, Polyneuron Pharmaceuticals AG and GSK PLC.

(Sharecast News) - Biotechnology company Destiny Pharma reported a loss before tax of £7.7m in its 2022 results on Thursday, widening from £6.3m in the prior year.
