LONDON (Alliance News) - Department store chain Debenhams PLC said Chairman Ian Cheshire, Senior Director Terry Duddy, and Non-Executive Director Stephen Ingham all bought shares in the company on Thursday.
Duddy bought 100,000 shares at 53.35 pence per share, Ingham bought 74,557 shares at 53.25p per share, and Cheshire bought 100,000 shares at 54.1987p per share. The company did not provide any of their respective beneficial interests following the transactions.
Shares in Debenhams were up 0.2% at the close Thursday at 53.00p.
