Digitalbox PLC - operator of the Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash and The Tab brands - Appoints Matthew Armitage as temporary non-executive director with immediate effect. Says his work as both chief financial officer and more recently chief executive at St Ives PLC, now Kin & Carta PLC, means he is well equipped for his new role at Digitalbox, where he will chair its audit committee for the upcoming 2020 annual results audit cycle.
Digitalbox CEO James Carter said: "We are pleased to add Matt's experience to the board as we focus on continuing our growth. His knowledge of financial operating models in the public market will be a huge asset to our continuing operations."
