LONDON (Alliance News) - Idox PLC on Friday said it appointed Phil Kelly as non-executive director of the company with effect from the annual general meeting on Friday next week.
Kelly brings a "thirty year track record of leading successful companies within the technology sector", the information provider said.
He is currently a non-executive director of technology firm Castleton PLC.
Idox shares were trading down 1.4% at 35.75 pence each.
