(Alliance News) - Catenae Innovation PLC said Friday it is continuing discussions with several parties to secure immediate funding of up to GBP100,000 through a placing or short term debt.
Catenae said its working capital remains weak, and should it be unable to secure funding, the company may need to consider starting insolvency proceedings.
Shares in the digital media firm were 18% lower at 0.66 pence on Friday in London.
