(Alliance News) - Countryside Properties PLC on Tuesday said Company Secretary Gary Whitaker sold shares in the FTSE 250-listed housebuilding company.
In a transaction on Monday, Whitaker disposed of 48,000 shares at a price of 496.88 pence each, totalling GBP238,501.
It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Whitaker holds following this sale.
Countryside Properties shares closed 0.7% lower in London on Tuesday at 498.80p each.
