LONDON (Alliance News) - Coral Products PLC Wednesday said Chairman Joe Grimmond bought 100,000 shares at a price of 8.9 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Grimmond holds 5.2 million shares, which represents 8.9% of shares in issue.
Shares in the plastic products maker were up 4.7% at 8.90p Wednesday.
