Gives no reason for Johnson's departure. He was the company's managing director. "The board is considering options regarding the appointment of a new managing director, but in the meantime the company wishes to assure all stakeholders including staff, customers and shareholders, that the company continues to be managed effectively by the executive team," Creightons says.
