LONDON (Alliance News) - Cenkos Securities PLC said Friday it has continued to trade well with revenues "well ahead" of the comparative period since the announcement of its full-year results.
Speaking at the firm's annual general meeting Friday Chairman Gerry Aherne said that the firm has performed well since the announcement of its 2013 results on March 26, 2014, with its pipeline of potential new business activity remaining strong and revenues coming in well ahead of the same period last year.
"We have been profitable every year since the Company was founded in 2005 and we continue to grow our client base and raise equity capital for our corporate clients, said Aherne.
Cenkos declared a final dividend of 8.5 pence per share, with the firm having now paid out 76.0 pence in dividends to our shareholders since listing on AIM in 2006.
Shares in Cenkos Securities were trading 3.62% lower at 153.25 pence per share Friday.
